Position: Lead Generation Specialist
Job Summary:
Curbside Infusion Services is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support the growth of our Bellaire infusion suite. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with referring providers, clinics, and community partners to increase patient referrals and drive infusion volume.
The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and results-oriented, with a strong ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and represent the Curbside brand in the field.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, sales, or healthcare outreach preferred
- Experience in healthcare, infusion services, or provider relations is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals
- Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new patient referrals for the Bellaire infusion suite
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, case managers, and referral sources
- Conduct in-person visits, calls, and outreach to provider offices within the designated territory
- Educate referral sources on Curbside Infusion services, capabilities, and processes
- Collaborate with intake, scheduling, and clinical teams to ensure a seamless referral-to-treatment process
- Track and manage leads, referral activity, and pipeline using internal systems
- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing referral partners
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and new markets
- Represent Curbside Infusion at networking events, meetings, and community outreach opportunities
- Provide regular updates and reports on outreach efforts, referral trends, and results
